We've mentioned some of the region's highlights in our blog before (check out our post about Vinhais) but today we focus on the city: Bragança.
Recently (26/03/203), the city erected a monument to one of the most famous motorcycle roads in Portugal, the N103.
This road, which inter-connects the North of Portugal all the way from Viana do Castelo to Bragança, has been declared as one of the most famous roads in Portugal to do on a motorcycle. Many two wheelers take this pilgrimage and embark on an adventure through this road. It is great seeing the city acknowledge the value of these secondary roads as source of tourism flow into the city and it's associated value.
A mandatory place for those who complete (or start) the journey, this landmark marks one of the ends of this fantastic road. It is then expected that many people will want to take meaningful pictures of their travels, and this will surely be one of them.
